Hands-free calling

Media ports
Ok media ports 1 and 2 are up front just below the main dash now my question is where is port 3 that shows available for playing media? There are 2 ports on the back of the center console and 1 under the lift up part of the console. Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk- KG5TUD

Silence...
This happened in my 2019 All New Ram 1500, no audio at all no radio, no navigation audio, no bluetooth connection audio, this lasted over an hour then at a dealership just started working. BTW there was no error code either. Sent from my SM-G960U using Tapatalk- KG5TUD
