This happened in my 2019 All New Ram 1500, no audio at all no radio, no navigation audio, no bluetooth connection audio, this lasted over an hour then at a dealership just started working. BTW there was no error code either.

One other thing, where under the hood can I get a switched 12v power point to use for a relay trigger. All I can find are 12v on all the time.

I had the same issue. Went 2 days with no sound so the dealership could (not) hear it. Took the service writer out to the truck, turned it on, and the audio worked. Seriously?!?

I have only had it happen twice since then and, even though there's no dealer fix, there is a workaround. The next time it happens press the input button on the back of the right side of the steering wheel. One click and your audio should be back. Don't ask me why that works but I read about it and it has worked for me the few times my audio stopped for no reason.

Someday I'll get it to happen when I'm at the dealership but at least there's an easy out without turning off the truck or disconnecting the battery.

I also have had this issue with my 2019 Ram (6 times so far), I've had it to the dealer twice, they did a flash update to the radio, it did the same thing the very next day. I read on this forum about toggling the mode, worked like a champ! It appears this is a fairly common issue, I would hope that Ram will come out with a permanent fix.
