    AEV Procal use

I finally got the truck to acknowledge the 50 psi setting but teh light was still on. I made a trip to the dealer last friday and once they did their part it worked. As stated in the manual a trip to the dealer is required for the 2018's.

Keep my 2018 PW or go with the 75th Anniversary???

Interesting situation for you. Like many I received an offer from a dealer for my 2018 with 33k miles that as much as I paid 51K. Got me thinking about a new 75th anniversary. Checked for a truck optioned the same as mine and it lists for 75k. So maybe 70 or so. Then reality set in why spend 20K...

    Wheel specs

Since you are sticking with a 17 inch tire, I like the Method 305 NV HD's. Saving up for a set.

    AEV Procal use

That's the same booklet that came with the device. Yes I read it 3 times just to ensure I wasn't missing something. My truck honked the first time when I paired the device but nothing after. I unplugged the device each time after turning the truck off then changed the pin switches and plugged it...

Talk me into (or out of) 37's

Unlike most of the group my PW has only been in the snow once. It's one of the downfalls of living in SoCal. Thus my post may not be relevant. I just switched to Falken AT3's 12.5X 35 X 17. My experience so far is uneven road surfaces are magnified, any type of grove pulls the truck more than on...

    AEV Procal use

Power Wagon group, I purchased an AEV Procal. The only instructions that came with it are very limited. Ihave looked at the AEV website, searched the web and can't find comprehensive directions on how to use the XXX thing. I plugged it in. Followed the directions and paired it to the vehicle...

    PWIM

Connected with the Group on MEWE they are headed out in May. I was hoping to hook up with a group in the fall that had experience with the trails. I have zero experience in Moab and don't want to trash my truck.

What Thuren springs should I get? 1/2" or 1 1/2"

I put the Fox2.0 from Thuren Fab and the 1 1/2 springs

Diff fluid level - okay to be level with fill hole

When I removed the plug from my cover fluid started leaking out. The factory must have filled it slightly past the hole. My truck has 21,000 miles.

What Thuren springs should I get? 1/2" or 1 1/2"

Looks like 35's won't be a problem then. My truck rides much better with the new springs and shocks. Enjoy your ride.

    2021 Daystar and Airlift

Why do you use the Daystar cradles vs attaching the bags at the bottom as shown in the AirLift 5000 install video?

What Thuren springs should I get? 1/2" or 1 1/2"

I guess it's too late to add my 2 cents but he it is anyway. I purchased the 1.5 coils and Fox shocks. Very happy with my choice. The truck doesn't look front high in my opinion.

2018 PW Rant and who else has these problems?!

Sorry to hear about your problems. I have a 2018 also. The brakes are good no issues there. I pull a small trailer camp trailer under 4,000#s but it has brakes also so I don't notice much of a change. TPMS sensors are a PIA they always go bad. When you get new tires they can install new ones...

    Rear Bumper

Why is the poll on this one? I would like to find a good one with the step on the corners. If anyone has a suggestion. That's the only feature I miss from my 2014 GMC Sierra Denali https://www.westinautomotive.com/hdx-rear-bumper

That is a minimalist bumper. I wanted one that would support my High Lift jack under in case I was stuck also

Armor and Aesthetics are the two most important features. I don't get out in the dirt as much as I would like. Here in SoCal the choices are limited more than other locations. I have taken it out to the desert a few times but it's not really set up for sand play. I really like the looks of the...
