    So I tried doing the upgrade from the 2017 UConnect doing per instructions listed on the Mopar site, but the truck won't recognize my USB drive. Any ideas what the issue could be? I have a 4GB USB drive and I tried it with both NTFS and FAT32 formats and the truck doesn't even see a device...

    Hold it at an angle while you fill it, I hold mine at about 5 o'clock and then it fills just fine.
