Upgrading UConnect from 16.xx to 17.xx

So I tried doing the upgrade from the 2017 UConnect doing per instructions listed on the Mopar site, but the truck won't recognize my USB drive. Any ideas what the issue could be?

I have a 4GB USB drive and I tried it with both NTFS and FAT32 formats and the truck doesn't even see a device connected.

Also, it also does not see my phone connected ever either.

Make sure you are using the port in the console.

yeah I am.. I guess something is wrong and I have to take it to the dealer =(

Im thinking you are correct. It went very smooth for me using those same instructions.
