Harness for Rain Sensor/Humidity Sensor & Auto High Beam (Lin 2 harness)

M2Mods, Do you have or make a harness to go from the connector at the bottom of the passenger side A-Pillar, up to the Rain Sensor and Humidity Sensor and the Auto High Beam sensor on the mirror? If so, can I order one?

Need Windshield Part # or VIN

Hi All, I'm taking my truck in to get some rust touch ups done, and need to replace my windshield. So, while replacing it, I'm going to do another DIY and put in the automatic high beam sensor rear view mirror (not sure if this matters to the windshield or not), and the wiper rain sensor. I've...

Help diagnosing vibration, wheel bearings or CV's ?

Well, I replaced my wheel bearings (front hubs) and the problem is now gone, I did both bearings, but the bulk of the problem for me turned out to be the driver side. Picked up the Timken ones from RockAuto, and some large impact sockets and replaced them. Feels much better on the highway now. I...

Help diagnosing vibration, wheel bearings or CV's ?

Jeff-M-B, sounds just like my problem. So please let me know what yours turns out to be. I've ordered both front hubs from Rock Auto and I'll be installing them myself sometime this week, and hopefully it takes care of my problem. At least I can check the CV's easier when the front hubs are off.

Help diagnosing vibration, wheel bearings or CV's ?

Yes the tires are balanced. I replaced all 4 tires a few weeks ago as the old ones were down to the wear bars and I thought maybe a belt had shifted. New tires and the vibration which was there before the new tires is still there.

Help diagnosing vibration, wheel bearings or CV's ?

Hi all, I've got a vibration I can feel in my steering wheel that is steadily getting worse (and becoming audible), and I'm wondering a) what you folks with experience think it could be, and b) how to test and figure out what it could be. My thought's is it is either wheel bearings or CV joints...

    Rear power slider window

I've switched from the solid rear window to the power slider. There are no AlfaOBD settings that need to be set. Just the button in the overhead, and the wiring to the rear slider. If it doesn't work right away, pull the battery connection and wait.

    AlfaOBD Support For 06~12 Rams

Hi All, I'm looking at adding Remote Start to a 2011 3500 CC and I'm wondering what parts are required (do I need a new WIN & Keys, Hood Latch?) If a hood latch is required, what pin in the BCM does the hood latch wire go to? Is there some sort of antenna requirement for the 2011 3500? Thank All.

M² Mods Intro & Project List

M2Mods, I am looking for either a harness, or info and pins to build a harness, for adding front heated/vented seats, heated steering wheel and rear heated seats to a 2011 3500 Crew Cab. Do you guys make a harness for this application ?

2019 HD Tail lights in a 4th gen

Thanks all for the help on the 2500 HD tail lights. I just finished up the install on my 2015 1500 that had factory halogens and I couldn’t be happier! I didn’t do the BSM’s just the regular tails. But they look amazing.

    what the heck is this?

Looking a bit harder at the original clip. It is very similar to cable clips in some computer cases. There are large bundles of cables going up the c-pillars and across the rear wall to the RFHub. My best guess is it’s a cabling clip.

    what the heck is this?

Well sorry guys. I think I’m wrong. Here is a couple pics from my rear slider. There are three clips and the cable does go thru them. The left and right are similar and the center is slightly different. The one shaped like a cross goes on left and right side the other is at the left edge of the...

    what the heck is this?

No I don’t think having it missing will hurt it. But the cable may pop up a but and if it does the window may not open or close all the way but it wouldn’t be by much.

    what the heck is this?

That looks like the clip that goes in the bottom track for the rear sliding window. There is one on the far left and one on the far right. They hold the cable down.

2019 HD Tail lights in a 4th gen

Hi Guys, I'm going to put these 19+ HD 2500 tail lights (no BSM's) into my 2015 with incandescent tails. Going thru all the posts trying to figure out what is needed, and I'm wondering if there is a summary anywhere for this situation. I had purchased some other LED tail lights and switch around...

Adding memory seat &mirror controls to a Sport

You need to get mirrors that have ALL the wires in the White Connector. Those with only 4 wires in the white connector do not have the "memory" feature. Those with all 8 do. It only takes 2 wires from under the driver seat thru the door connector into the door and into a connector in the door...

    A/C Compressor Clutch - Diagnosing

Rafael, Well you did mention that fuse 62 was blown and you replaced it. There could be a short in the wiring somewhere which caused that fuse to blow, or an issue with the PDC that caused that fuse to blow. But the wire is just ECM to PDC, then PDC to AC compressor. I don't know what...

    A/C Compressor Clutch - Diagnosing

Rafael. From what I’ve read depending on the surrounding air temp the high side should be over 100. There are charts on the net with pressures for low and high side based on ambient air temp and what to look at when the pressures are wrong. If you really are only getting 20psi on the high side...

    A/C Compressor Clutch - Diagnosing

There is a clutch control wire in the (Module PowerTrain control) (typically I call it ECM for Engine Computer), a wire Light Blue and Orange goes from connector C1 (Black) pin 79 on the ECM to the Fuse box (PDC) Connector 3 (black) pin 10. The A/C Pressure Transducer is also part of the...
