YEP yep! Quick update, she's running beautifully. Everything seems perfect with the transmission. Just one little tiny issue, see when I was panicking trying to figure out why it wouldn't shift with the wrong solenoid, i messed with the end of the shifter cable. The plastic part at the...
Hey @Burla @Ludville1 Good News!
My truck just started!! I am going to idle and get the fluid level just right before test drive.
So, what happened was it was the wrong solenoid for me. My old one had a white connector, so I figured that was the way to go. After taking a closer look, I...
Hey @Burla I need some help! Could you take a look at my pictures and let me know what u think? I followed your advice blindly, i got the white connector solenoid pack. But now that i installed everything and it wont start, i'm thinkin its the wrong one? My connector from the truck...
I made a video of the different issues i'm having right now.
The only thing i think it means so far is that I didnt add enough transmission fluid, so thats causing the transmission to not shift. And the other issues which are all electrical i think.... well they must be due to a bad...
Hey @pixydust04
This issue get resolved? Any update?
Same is happening to me. I think it just needs more fluid from what i have read. I was scared at first but now im hopeful. Gonna add more fluid and see if I have any luck
Hey guys, so I replaced the solenoid in my transmission,
But i must've messed something up. When i finished, I turned the key and Nothing. All the letters on the P R N D are lit up, all green except the R is red. It was acting as if it were in gear and therefore unable to start. When i pushed...
Hey @Ludville1
Aww poor trucky truck... its gonna be sad for xmas .. no drivin around ... but it's probably a much needed break. I bet mine wished I did the same as you.
Anyway, im actually about to start on it. I believe i saw somewhere someone said to lift the rear, not the front for...
Sorry i've been so slow at getting to work on my truck. Which by the way I have still been driving. I know, i'm terrible. Im gonna ruin my trans if i havent already.
Yes, battery was load tested and @RamDiver
Also this reminded me that i did replace the battery less than a year ago.
I...
So I checked for the codes right now and I'm getting p0750 and P0935, which is a line pressure sensor circuit, voltage high. I don't know where that is. Or how to find it. But those are the only 2 codes showing now, which is good, if anyone has any ideas, let me know.
The only thing I've done...
@Jeepwalker Hmmm very interesting... didnt know scan tools did all that... i do have a buddy whos a mechanic and probably has the tool. I'll hit him up thanks man
@RamDiver yea bud, my battery passed the load test. I got it checked at a local battery shop "lee's batteries". Actually my beighbor across the street from my work (small biz)
@seanclark1503 damn I gotta look into getting me one of those for my gen truck. I don't really like the repair...
@huntergreen @Burla @Hagar1 @Jeepwalker @RamDiver @Ludville1 Thank you guys so much for the continued support. I'm doing everything suggested and I'm down to the TCM or Solenoid being the issue Battery was good, I checked all the grounds, Even detached them and ran a wire brush at the contact...
Genius, I didn't even think of that. I'll get the battery tested tomorrow when they open. Just off my gut feeling though, I feel like, if it was a thing with just a bad battery, we would hear a heck of alot more people running into this limp mode thing. And this is the first time I'm hearing...
I hope you're right @NETim, one of those sensors or even having to replace both is not bad. $40 - 60 parts... but if its the Solenoid... that like a $600 part, and I'm assuming it's not easy to get it out. I did one on an acura tsx a while back and it was kind of a b-word.
@RamRod37 you're...
I'll post the error codes, what I've looked at, and any info I think of adding or is requested.
I posted in DIY but no response so I think it was the wrong category to ask for help.
I just need some help finding out where the problem is that's causing my truck to throw all these codes...
I...
Any further developments from this, OP?
My 2012 i just bought is in the exact same situation. Told mechanic about it and he mentioned it could possibly mean transmission problem. So im afraid.
The original post... the PDF.
Is it still working?
I cant seem to go into it or download.
Looking for more info for my 2012 express crew cab .
Thanks in advance

is there anything useful that can be learned from this wear pattern? if you are experienced with differentials,
can you tell me what caused it? backlash too much or not enough?
pinion depth?
btw its a chrysler 9.25 axle
side adjusters
and i believe the pinion has crush sleeve.
