If you have a 2500 with a 6.4L Hemi, the actual best oil you can run is the factory fill oil. Which is Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 0W-40. Second choice would be Amsoil signature 0W-40. 2022 Ram 1500, 2500.....Yawn
What used to really **** me off is swapping between my son's 2018 1500 and my 2017 2500 (column shifter). Nothing worse than driving his truck for a few days, then jumping into my 2500 and shifting it into 4 LOW going to park!! ??? LOL- JS4024

Gas vs. Diesel, 3.73 vs. 4.10, 2500 vs. 3500
So, if the MAX you will ever tow is 15,000, you are already over the limit for a 6.4L Hemi. I pull a 14,000 lb dump trailer with a 2500 HD 6.4L, and it screams pulling it. Why??? Why tune your truck to burn fuel that is typically 70 cents more a gallon?? For a “perceived” improvement in performance. 2500 vs. 3500srw ride?
You should notice a bit of a difference. The 3500 is a 1 ton, has a stiffer frame, and still leaf springs in the back. But will it be bone jarring, no. I just ordered my 22 3500 with a HO. 2019 HD 6.4L valve/lifter rattle
May be some spark knock, if you use poor quality ( not name brand fuel) it can cause it. I have only used 89 octane in hot and humid weather when hauling a load but other than that have never had an issue. It could be the brand of gas you are using. 2019 HD 6.4L valve/lifter rattle
Well, I have a 2019 2500 with the 6.4l. It does occasionally knock/rattle for a few seconds on some cold starts. But...... when it is driven a short distance, and shut down... that next restart is GUARANTEED to have a lifter rattle.... Dealer said it is normal.... I said it sounds like half...- JS4024

If you are trying to bump up the oil pressure, higher weight oil won’t help... sounds like bearings may be bad..... you supplied a wealth of information about your engine and everything so .... you figure it out. LIFETIME WARRANTY INCLUDES:
However..... there is a huge loophole.... lifetime is considered 10 years in many States for a motor vehicle. Also, they may check the blue book price of the vehicle and state that the cost of repair is more than it is worth so..... c ya.... but for a starter I think it would be covered.- JS4024

LOL don't by a Hemi pickup if you can't afford the gas to run it. NEVER believe the EPA sticker on the window! If it says 21 highway plan on 17 - 18. If it says 12 city, plan on 9. On the road empty, I get 16, around down 11. Towing ... 9500lbs around I get about 9, depends on terrain. 2019 2500 6.4.
