What have you plugged into 110v?

Never knew what this was. Learned something new today. Thanks.

New 2500 HD, old 4th gen accessories fit?

I always suggest getting the MAXLINER's over WeatherTech or even the factory mats. I bought 5 different MFG sets from Amazon to try them out, and the MAXLINER's where the choice for me. Great coverage in the floor space, pliable yet not as "slick" like the WeatherTech's when wet. They even have...

    Where are the 2022’s

Supply and demand, although that's still rough. I imagine that's like taking it in the butth0le without any astroglide. Enjoy the truck. In these lean times, it nice to have a ride you like.

Omg Is this the fall cp4 announcement we've been waiting for

Only 24 failures? HAHAHA! My local po-dunk dealer has done at least a half a dozen if not more glitter bomb repairs. Some under warranty and some not. All of them CP4 designs (v1 and v2). There's no way the 24 failure number is accurate. Fiat/Ram knew there was a problem, that's they did a...

    Floor Mats/Liners

I have a 2019 Laramie 3500 w/o the center console, and i absolutely love the MAXLINER brand of floor liners. I bought the one-piece liners for the front and back, and it's almost like having the old rubber mat floor boards (in the good way). Mud and dirt is easy cleanup, and vacuming both the...

    Floor Mats/Liners

I have some Husky's that are 9 years old in my Ford Flex. They've held up pretty well, but the corners have rolled up some.

    2020 Ram 2500 CP 4 Failure

I don't see a recall or even a service bulletin being issued. RAM has fixed the issue with 2021's. Slowly every day, a 2019 or 2020 gets wreaked and taken off the road, or eclipses it's warranty parameters. Attrition like rust, never sleeps.

    Why can't I find...

Until that chip production is stateside (which is at least a year or two at the very least), the US and it's demand is still dependent on China. China's going to be irritated at anything the US does that does not directly benefit the People's Republic. How Intel lost out to the Taiwanese and...

How bad are short commutes really?

I have a 2019 3500 6.7 I bought in Feb 2020. 1 year later (27k miles), with two cross country trips (6,500 per trip) and various other smaller trips, I've yet to get a notification on the dash about it needing to regen. When I check the particulate filter status it's low or next to nothing...

How many don’t use a weight distribution hitch?

I have a 2019 3500 SRW, and I tow a 38' dual axle travel trailer that grosses out a touch over 10K (8k empty). I'd hazard a guess it weighed about 9k going by what it weighed in the last time I took it to a CAT scale. I have a BlueOx WDH set up by the dealer with 10k bars. I I've been running it...

32 Gal Fuel Tank not taking 32 Gal

For the Diesel's it lubricates them too. NEVER ever ever run a DIESEL bone dry, or risk paying 10K to fix that decision to pass up the last fuel station.

Uses for small side pockets on either side of center console

+1 It took me quite a while to find a 3500 6.7L Laramie with the folding arm rest. Had to drive 10 hours to get it.

    CP4

There's a TSB (Ram-TSB#18-060-20/ NHTSA_TSB#_10180256) that you need to read if you have to flash the ECM on the HD trucks because there's two types of pumps now. The TSB help you identify the CP4 pump used on the truck. That would indicate there's a new revised CP4. The "older" RAM CP4's...

Is OBD Really worth the Cost?

For some reason, I thought the for the 2019+ HDs, the connector block for the bypass is moved up higher in the dash. Something you can't really approach from underneath.

Is OBD Really worth the Cost?

I have a 2019 Laramie, and if I recall, the bypass harness plugs in much higher up in the dash, to the point you have to take the cluster out to get to the install point. Did you have to do the same on your Tradesman? If so, any pointers on taking the cluster out, or insight into installing the...

    Its Here :)

    1. You said "Center front window control box?" What exactly do you mean? 2. I have the same running boards and love them. I think they look the best, even compared to the aftermarkets. I picked mine up from a private party that didn't want them for $200 bucks. I didn't even try to negotiate it...

Towing a fifth wheel - confused

Which is why I went with a 3500 6.7L. The cost was negligible between the 2500 and 3500 with the 6.7L. The pin ratings on the 3/4's surprised me with how low they were rated. I mean the 2020 F150s with the V8 have a payload as high as 3,270 lbs. There's no way I'd run 5er in one, but still...

THIS IS WHAT ITS LIKE WHEN RAMS COLLIDE

To be fair, the Fords have a telescopic mirror. You can bring that elephant ear housing in and out about 3 inches. Extended they hang out there pretty far, but if you bring them in, they're pretty tight with the door. I honestly wouldn't mind it if Ram copied the design. I happen to think what...
