How can i get better gas mileage
My truck is a 2010 1500 Regular cab 4x4, truxedo prox15 tonneau (very light). with a 4.7 V8. Stock tires are 20", all stock suspension and exhaust (although new), stock height, etc. I change the oil every 3000 kms, and runs better than when I bought it new 12 years ago. I hope I don't regret this
Hi Dodge Trucker - I had a 1996 2WD RCSB 318, I gave it to a friend 10 years ago and it still runs (probably well over 500,000kms on her now). So I agree, great engine. I bought a 2010 4WD RCSB brand new off the lot in 2010, it has a 4.7 V8, and runs better than new. I do all of my own oil...- DSwan7

Congratulations! Beautiful truck and definitely a cool group photo. I don't think anyone understands the brutal weather we have here in Canada, and the salt situation we have to have to avoid vehicles getting stuck or crashing. Tire question

Why are manufacturers still putting chrome on trucks?
Old school - chrome all the way. When it is polished up in summer, women stop and stare at it, it's a fact. 8/10 Rams in Calgary are blacked out and now a chromed Ram stands out. And if that hasn't convinced you, go watch Trace Adkins "Chrome" a couple times on youtube. But, to each their own. -
