Need help no sound
went to take the truck 2014 sport 8.4 with nav and I have no sound and no radio controls no blue tooth it lost all the presets and paired phones. I have disconnected the battery and when I turn the truck on I have sound for about 5 seconds but then nothing again Any one have this problem before- Mopar savage
