Inspection (PA) failing due to swap from 20" to 17" wheels/tires
My 2014 Ram 1500 Big Horn came stock with 20" wheels with 275/60R20 tires. I got a good deal on a slightly used set of stock 17" wheels with 265/70R17 tires. Both wheel & tire sizes were a factory option, but the inspection shop says that because the 17" tires are smaller diameter than the 20"...
