07-08 Ram, retro'd, bullet shrouds and LEDs

Couple teasers, should have them back soon with the painted eyelids!

Started with new 07-08 lights, painted them gloss black (leaving the turn signal chrome), painted the "lines" on the bullet shrouds black as well. Added some LEDs!
