Well unfortunatly my truck is at the body shop thanks to a good ole cotton farmer and looks as if the bumper cover, bumper support, foglamps, grille and possibly the hood will need to be replaced.

I'm thinking of going ahead and taking advantage of the situation and if its all about the same, swapping to the 13' front end.

Now I know the headlights and fenders are the same shape, I'm wondering about differences in the hood though because the body shop says its repairable but the shop says that insurance may just replace it being that its aluminum.

I'm curious to know if the hood is just repaird instead of replaced will it still work with the '13 Grille? Also are there any wiring changes with the 13' foglamps?

13 fogs use a different bulb so the connector may be different. Also for the fog you will need whatever bumper support behind them as well as their specific mounting brackets.

You've got a list here:
Bumper/Bumper overlay
Fogs/mounting brackets
Finding out if the bumper mounting brackets are the same
Grill

On top of all of this could parts even be had at this time?

Good luck to you. I do hope it can be made to work as I have many 13 parts on my 09.
