2006 Ram 1500 5.7 HEMI won't start

I have a 2006 1500 Laramie with a 5.7 HEMI that won't start. Pulled into Autozone yesterday to get some parts for my daughter's car. When I came out the truck would crank, but not start. No error codes but the lightning, indicating throttle position sensor. I bought and installed a new throttle body, still cranks but no start. Relearned the TPS about 10 different ways, still cranks but wont start. Any help would be great.

Listen for fuel pump when you first turn to run ,need to find out if it’s fuel or spark related.
