Nothing against the RAM cares folks on this forum (which seem to be the front-end for the social media side and are very good about offering assistance), but once in the hands of an actual case manager it becomes a matter of "I can only agree with what the dealer says. If the dealer says there is no issue then I cannot provide any other help"

32k miles i got under the truck and changed my own oil for the first time in this truck. Bag trick for oil filter is a must!! Got the Mod bug itch now!!!
