2500 with multiple codes - don't know where to start

Hi,

Trying to troubleshoot (save) my dad's 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 HD 5.7L. He has one of those phone scanners and it giving these codes:

Power Train Code 12
Transmission Code 11
Misc. code 18
Abs code 18

and then the scanner stops at 73% like it cannot reach a module

There is also a code on the odometer and showing up as P2106

I don't know if the vehcile runs. My dad is across the country so I'll have to rely on remote diagnosis.

Have your battery LOAD TESTED ,preferably with a toaster style load tester .

Power Train Code 12 is not a common scan code, BUT

which may be p 0012

but without a regular code reader, i can't speculate
