Say I got a bumper with fogs and the fog light switch assembly. Would this just be plug and play? Anything need to be enabled?

Just add the new headlight/fog light switch, add the fog lights to your bumper, add this harness and purchase an extension harness from Mike, M2Mods. You can contact him with this link, very cool guy to work with.
