I've got a new 2019 Classic Warlock Crew Cab in silver that the dealer was blowing out.

Just got the Line X done and am looking for opinions on hard foldable covers.

I'm pretty sold on the newer Undercover Armor Flex cover.

The Bakflip stuff had always been good but I really like the idea of the panels on the Undercover being Line X'd.

Thoughts and opinions.

Also who's got the best pricing on them?

I remember some the forum vendors use to have some pretty great deals for members.

Thanks for the help.

I have the Armorflex on my 19 Laramie. I like the fact it is Linexed to reduce scratching of the top, each section locks individually so it's hard to pry up, folds up to about 4" from the front of the bed to give access to entire bed and the tailgate will work without lifting the tonneau.

I do have a bed liner ( OEM formed plastic Ram unit) and I had a couple small leaks near the front of the bed. Took a couple trips through the carwash to find them but completely dry now except some minor leaks around the tailgate.

I don't think the leaks near the front would have been there if I didn't have the liner.

Very happy with it currently.

I had a Bakflip G2 on my 2010. It was a 6'4" bed and the cover had 4 panels. If I remember correctly, 3 of the 4 panels had latches to hold the panel closed. The latches were plastic and had a cable that would retract them so you could open the sections. The panels had an aluminum skin but had a foam core. They were pretty tough but would dent it you dropped something hard or heavy on them. It took a bit to get it adjusted right but I never had any water intrusion, even during heavy rainfall in Tampa. The only issues I remember hearing about was the rubber strips that ran the length of the bed on the sides of the cover would warp from folding it up. Mine never did it because it was closed and locked 99.5% of the time. I also had concerns about the rubber strips that acted as hinges between the panels cracking and splitting, especially in the Florida sun. Mine never did split but they did start to discolor a bit from the UV rays.

I can't remember what I paid unfortunately. Somewhere around $850? That was 10 years ago however.
