I own a 2016 Ram 3500 Tradesmen 6.4, the heater core was replaced and with the heater box out the blend door actuators were replaced. Full disclosure we attempted to get the timing of the position correct when we reassembled everything. Once back together we performed the door calibration with Alfa OBD. It showed all passed and everything worked good for about a half hour then the front heat/cold actuator stoped as well as the recirculate door as well. Performed calibration again and all but 1 failed. I am sure we did not install all of the actuators correctly but I can not find the procedure to install all 5 then calibrate correctly. If anyone know how please let me know. Any help would be appreciated.

I thought they recalibrate themselves as long as you align the door tabs to the hinge
