Do the 2015 1500's have two speeds for condenser / radiator fan?

Hello,
Working on my son's 2015 5.7. The electric condenser fan went out. I replaced it and using Alfa OBD I can command it to run on high. However, if I command it run on low speed the relay in the TIPM clicks on by nothing happens and no voltage at the fan. I already swapped the hi and lo relays and same results.

Does the 5.7 have 2 fan speeds? I would assume since the relay is in the TIPM and Alfa OBD will let me turn it on that it does. Also if I pull the relay out, the CEL comes on indicating a low speed fan circuit issues.

If it does have two speeds, I assume there is a resistor somewhere since the fan only has 2 wires. Does anyone know where it would be?

The hemi does not use the 2 speed as far as I’ve seen.

I believe the V6 trucks, which don't have a mechanical fan, use both speeds of the electric fan.
