i did notice the thing in the pic in post #8...that white plastic piece on the side...i have that but it is black and i noticed that big silver support screw, or whatever it is lol...but i didn't see anything like that where the HID input was.....should i get a philips and turn that screw? is that it?

it's a tad stripped on my driver's side lol

yep..thats it...looks like clockwise is gonna project the light down more..wooh i feel relieved haha..J, in the photo you posted i was paying attention to the white plastic piece next to the input of the HID bulb, not the one on the side ..woops! well, at least it's figured out now haha thanks again, sir

after i adjusted them:
