Just joining your group. I have 2020 Ram Big Horn Sport crew cab that I bought to pull a larger travel trailer that we got last year. I live in the Grand Rapids Michigan area and am retired from a 35 year career in Law Enforcement. I enjoy restoring old things and am nearing completion on a 1973 Ford Gran Torino Sport (hence my avatar name), have a completed 1973 Honda SL350 Motosport and two more that need to be completed. I am looking forward to gaining info on my truck and issues/mods to it. Thanks for having me - Dave

photos of the SL350's. In 1974 bought a new XL350. I had two buddies that had 72-73 SL350's at the time the green one and blue one. good times.

Here's a couple of pics of my bike and one of my truck. The bike was a real learning process for me but was thoroughly enjoyable. I had a 1971 Sl350 when I graduated from high school and I always wanted to get another one. Likeways with the car my first new one was a 1973 Gran Torino Sport only white. I guess I'm just one of those people that really enjoys things from the past.

This is the Torino as it sets today, body and paint all done by friend of mine, just have to finish interior and some mechanical stuff and should be on the road sometime in August (hopefully).

Good stuff, welcome to RamForum. Looks like Rosie's could use a little attention, is that on your list? :)

The diner in the picture has been closed for quite a while. It was brought to Rockford, Michigan (a little north of where I live) from New Jersey in the 90's. I believe it was the diner that was featured in the Bounty quicker picker upper commercial with Rosie the waitress.280B5BD2-5225-49BD-A565-710AA8C69599.jpeg When it first opened it was a very popular place for about 15 years, the owner sold it and it slowly declined until it went out of business. It was and still is a popular place for people to take old car and bike photos by. A local car dealer bought the property a few years ago but has not done anything with it. It's too bad, they used to have really good food and was a fun place to go.
