Hey all I'm Paul and new here and hoping to get help on am issue on my 2019 Ram 1500 classic. AC is leaking on passenger floor. I've done a lot of research and investigating already and think I found the issue but am still perplexed.
The drain line was not clogged and could not find anything lose inside the cab. I did find this hole in the side of the evaporator box which looks to have jagged edges indicating it should not be there. Ironically I found a YouTube video of someone that had the exact same issue intimated it was a factory install issue. I can't understand how this leak started a couple months ago if that hole was always there? I'm going to attempt some Flex seal tape to cover the hole if I can get my hands up in there it's a very difficult spot to get to. See pic
