How to do lower door skin repair?

Hi

I have a 2006 Ram that my son and I are working on.

Three of the doors are rusted out at their bottom outside skin.

I’ve seen lower half skin repair panels sold to fix this problem.

I understand that I am supposed to cut out the rusted panel and that I am supposed to weld in the new panel my question is how do I fold the replacement outside skin around the inside panel?

Is there a tool for that?
