MDS...What's Up???

Watching a YouTube video where the Expert is claiming if you deactivate MDS with the gear selector, you will starve the camshaft of oil and damage your engine. I have a 2021 6.4L Hemi with 75,000 miles and all of it long distance travel. Just returned from a 4 week trip from Massachusetts to Alaska, driving 12-16 hour days and MDS was ALWAYS deactivated. I never travel with MDS in play. Can't stand the rumble when MDS activates and deactivates......Then I got thinking, when the truck is in Tow/Haul mode, MDS is automatically deactivated! Spend another 23 minutes and also watch these 2 video's,and you'll know more about the hemi's lack luster oiling system then most.
BTW that video you linked to,has been posted on here probably at least 20 times.

Tow/Haul does not deactivate MDS but its not going to activate very often while towing anyway.
