Mopar Hard Tonneau Cover Lock parts

I recently purchased a 2010 Dodge Ram SLT Crew Cab (Lone Star Edition) with the short bed. The truck came with a Mopar Hard Tonneau Cover that was painted to match. However, the lock was broken and came with no keys. I wanted to restore these factory parts so I did a lot of research:

• replacement lockset is available from Moparpartsgiant.com (Part No. 5018117AA, $ 98.02)
  
• Replacement keys are available from Amazon: ("Southco E3-5-15", $9.99 for 2 keys) Note: all of the trucks are keyed the same. (high security, I know)
  
• Replacement black rubber snap on lock cover: (https://shop.southco.com, Part No. 90-3, $4.99)
