Need 12v connection in mirror

Looking to mount a tail for a ****** radar detector for my 2022 e-torque RAM REBEL.

I’ve checked on the leads behind the mirror and can only get 9 Volts.

Any advise?

I know this is an old post but did you ever find a solution to this? I'm needing to do the same thing regarding the detector.
