need help - trans shifting weird, fluid clean/topped up

Hi all - 2001 1500 4x2. Been driving fine all year- last month started shifting weird, sometimes 1st hangs long, or 2nd - or it take a while to go into OD, sometime it revs and very little power.. and sometimes drives ok.. i can get up to 70mph..

Fluid clean and level good - I added some lucas stop slip - I just received my 3 solenoids in the kit I bought so gonna try this without pulling the trans.

AM i on the right path here with this? Was gonna get a master rebuild kit but hoping the solenoids will solve it - will check band when im down there too

If the solinoids don't fix it, I am thinking the valleys might need replacing.

new filter & shift solenoid? when I changed mine, it took several drives to bring trans fluid up to level. low fluid will cause delayed or hard shifting if too low. clogged filter never good.
