Need new bumper, drunk driver tried to take me out

Well, guys the big rig with stood another tragedy. A stupid drunk lady decided to come across 3 lanes of traffic and rear ended my truck head on. She lost, my truck actually so far as visuals go sustained minimal damage. Her car well cracked the motor in two, that says it all. My truck was pushed like 6'.
That isn't the worst part though, I had just pulled over to help a buddy who needed a jack to lift his boat trailer that had a flat. I had just walked away from the rear of my truck to get my floor jack out of the bed 45 seconds before this happened. I skirted death for sure....Anyway that is the short version of the story... On top of this she tried to flee the scene of foot and was caught 1 mile away.

The reason for the post is with all the parts I will be needing for my truck I need a new bumper and my insurance agent said I should look into a aftermarket one to dress up the back of the truck.. So any ideas guys? I have 700 bucks to spend on a new rear bumper. I want it to be usable with the hitch also. Please pass on your ideas, asap as I am going to be bringing the truck in, in a few days.

I'd just get a stock bumper and have it color matched then keep the rest of the $$$

Yeah just found out she has 2 priors, 2 pending and now this one. She will be going away for a really long time. I just found the Road Armor rear bumper, but holy crap are these things friggen pricey. 1300 bucks, wow.... If I can get away with something that looks cooler than the stock set up I will, but I don't want to have to fork out additional money. As it stands she may not have insurance so I will be forking out a deductible at the very least. I am starting to get more frustrated by the minute.

Yeah, my wife was tagged from the rear bumper by a lady with no Ins. We have to pay the $500 deduct for a $650 fix. sux.
