New to the forum....Mayday saying hi from the midwest

I just purchased a new RAM 1500 RCSB....2x2 with a 5.7.....of course! A long time Ram owner, I traded my 2004 RAM 1500 SLT QC Hemi that I owned for 12 years....put 210K miles and never had one issue with the engine or tranny....what a great truck....I will miss her. We kind of grew older together....lol. Anyway....had kids around then, I sure don't anymore....so decided to go a bit sporty. I bought the Express model and found just the options and color I wanted. This may sound crazy, but I decided against the RT due to the true bucket seats.....I really like the split bench giving me that 3 seat option....and my personal opinion was actually a bit more comfortable. I added the 20" chrome wheels, 3.92 gears with posi. She really does scoot down the road. I've had only one week....I swapped out the muffler with a magnaflow 24 (just the right throat and no drone), put a bedrug in the back and a tonneau cover (Gator Fx5). Very happy with the way that turned out. I will try and post some pics this week. I do plan to lower it a bit....probably a GF 2/3....I really want to keep some of that forward rake...call me old school.....but those RCSB just scream to be bought down some. Anyway....been soaking up a ton if info on the site and love the stuff you guys share. Looking forward to being a member.

The express has the same interior as my tradesman and there are a number of things you can do to upgrade the interior.
Door panels, radio, instument cluster, footwell lighting, upper glovebox, steering wheel audio controls or entire wheel, etc...

Some of those options I might be interested. Dang....my list of mods is growing far beyond the dollars right now.....guess you just make a list and work on it. Upper glove box huh??....factory?...in place of the hole?? Where in the world do you find parts like that??

I got my glovebox from allmoparparts.com They have a kit with all you need. They have also put together a kit to do the audio steering wheel audio controls.
