I think registration in a legitimate college or university is in your future.
Maybe licensing through a state or local legislative branch would be worth your time. (Come back and ask me then)

Why would I pay for it, when you can simply just explain it all to me???

How do you get the o2 heater sensor monitor to complete? Had an evap leak which I fixed and I cleared the codes and haven’t been able to get the 02 heater sensor to complete for smog. Every other monitor is complete with no codes
