What does the blocker pin on gear select lever and the inhibit link do ? The inhibit link is mounter on the steering column right side and slides about and inch parallel to the column. It moves a vertical lever coming from the column. For more information look at 2008 service manual chapter 19 steering section under column, gear shift lever page 19-30.
