Hi all.
Through a random conversation with online customer care i have found out my 2003 has an open recall on for the passenger side air bag inflator.
Sadly here in the UK Dodge / Ram dealers who can do the recall are rare. The parts even rarer.
I wondered if anyone had done this work themselves??? Looking at the recall notice its not rocket science apart from the computer work at the end, is that required?
Does anyone know the manufacturers part numbers, not the dodge / mopar, used to replace it?
I’ve been trying CBXZR261AA off the R26 recall notice. My local Jeep dealer has it listed as “not available” in the UK on their system.
I have found a local air bag specialist who can do the work but without further part number details can’t get them.
Any help gratefully received.
