RPM hangs and Cuts out

Have two issues I've noticed and trying to figure out. I have listened to sound clips of other R/T's and they seem to drop rpm pretty quick with no load. Mine just hangs there and slowly comes back down if I rev to 3-4k it takes like 5-7 seconds to come back to idle, may be normal with these trucks but just seems odd to me.

Issue two is around a hard corner or in a curve and excelerating out of it on a 90 degree turn from one street to another, it will cut out, stay running but throttle has no response.. just seems odd.. also kinda feels like the pedals are loose...

I think your is drive by wire, I would check the pedal out put.

Do you have a tuner and do you have a HF tune? The reason I ask is because my 2010 1500 does this exact same thing. It only does it when I have the tune installed. When it is running the stock tune it does not do it.

No tune that I know of unless it was loaded and left on there when traded in.
