Suspension Noise

Ive been hearing a squeaking noise in my front left suspension lately. I have a 2008 with 54000 miles. I had firestone take a look at it and they couldn't find anything loose roe wrong. Any ideas on a fix without replacing parts.

Ball joints?

Could be shocks too.

I've had a couple issues with suspension squeaking. Once it was the lower ball joint and the other time it was the shock.

Isit a constant noice? Come and go? When you hit bumps? Only when your moving or does it do I when you shake the truck back and forth?
