installed the t1000 today, loaded the 91 octane tune and deactivated MDS and what a difference! no more drone on highway, smoother shifts it feels like its always ready to go!

tomorrow i will install the catch can...

can't wait to try the custom engine/trans tune from WL...

installed WL tune and for those who ask themselves if he's as good for engines as trans tunes... well i never have so much fun driving the truck!!! of course i don't race or anything like that, but i can tell the power and drivability is completely different! right now, he's working on some changes i asked about shift points for the first 2 gears (was a little high when cruising around town...) but transitions between gears are muuuuch better!

Best mod so far! highly recommend it!

he can do anything you like. he did 5 custom tunes for me..raised psi/playing with shift points etc to see what works..and yes the one im running now is where he tweaked the converter lock/unlock..greatly increased throttle response.

its funny how much of a difference his tuning has made. when i first loaded it and was cruising around 40ish, i had to pass and i was used to pushing the pedal halfway to downshift. .well i did that and it flew up to 60 so quick i had to brake lol. the change in power availability/throttle response/shifting took a couple of drives to get used to.

it just feels like its ready to go and reminds you that you're packing a 345 hemi all too often

for mine he raised the line pressure based on different driving scenarios ( so unlike the sonnax or shift kit which raises everything acrid the board) which makes for faster, firmer, snappier shifts, adjusted the tc lock unlock, raised my WOT shift points beyond what the user options would allow (my cam needed that), adjusted 1-4th partthrottle shift points. I think he did something else but I forgot what it is at the moment.

the end result...... well let's just say it's hard not to notice how good it drives.

Guys, as everyone stated and those who use WL (including myself) he will literally tune your truck as to how you want it to act. The same for shift firmness, etc and he WILL only tune with safety barriers and stay within.
That said, there is so much left on the table and is why all above experience a whole new truck experience.
Anything more you'd like that's beyond his comfort level he will be honest and tell you all the things you may run into and will leave that for you to decide.
Either way as a user myself and a promoter of his service he comes with high recommendation.

Thank you all for your feedback. This is EXTREMELY helpful for other potential buyers.
I was pretty set on a Hemifever tune before, but taking a high-level view of the potential gains, adding a good-if-not-great engine tune to an outstanding trans tune would provide better driveability and USEABLE power, than a good if not great trans tune and an outstanding engine tune. Ya know?
Now for the funds... C'mon bonus cheque!!

There are a few members that will pop up shortly with great feedback

Lets just say that Dave worked his magic with his contacts at Diablo Sport and is now able to change the rev limiter so our 4th gen rams can rev safely to 6200 RPMs vs the 5800/5900 cap that it is today.

This was always able to be done with the 3rd gens. Now we 4th gens can join in on the fun
This was EXCITING new she shared with me tonight.

Anyone want more fun with their 4th gen Hemi, let me know and we can get you set up

Kevin, it was music to my ears this evening and it is something he has been working on for the past 8 months, since the release for the 11/12's

*My error, this rev limiter issue is more for the 11 and newer rather than the earlier 4th gens (09-10)
So we have been missing out....but not anymore.....
