Those shiny ass blingy bumpers would've been painted or replaced.

You can add all of that to your Express quite easily. I have the 8.4 with Nav and blue tooth all plug and play. and the 8.4 bezel as well as the premium cluster. The clusters are getting easier to find if you check Car-Part.com they usually have a few. There are several places that will adjust your mileage if you can't find one that's close.

I went Express (added all the OEM goodies) because I wanted painted bumpers and couldn't afford a Sport. Dam that budget!! I wanted the black dopr panels too. Im a mechanic and no matter how well I cleaned up after work I always seemed to get the light grey panels dirty and gross in my 09 Ram. So I said never again.
