Thought I'd share my experience with my truxedo pro x15.
I've had it just over a year and one of the cross bars has completely detached itself from the cover.
I contacted truxedo and they asked me to send proof of purchase and pictures of the issue, which I'm posting here for you all.
The cover has a lifetime warranty so I'm hopeful that they will make it right. I'll update the thread when I hear back from truxedo.
Have any of you had issues with truxedo products? I thought they were supposed to be pretty solid!
