when folks are truck shopping, there may be a little less enthusiasm foe a 6 cylinder even if it is a good one and there are folks that shy away from first year products like a new engine design. factors that affect demand. IMHO

Hurricane 3.0 HO
My prediction: The Hurricane will be the factor that saves the gas-powered Rams. I've owned 5 Hemi 1500s since 2005, and fought lifter, cam, and exhaust manifold issues on every one.
The twin-turbo 3.0 is a modern engine design that is butter smooth and much more powerful. I find it ludicrous that someone would swap a Hurricane for a Hemi three years down the road.
Old legends die hard, but I'm moving forward. My Hemi days are over.

For the exhaust manifold issues all truck brands have this issue not much you can do ab that. I have never seen modern turbo engines hold up past 80-100k miles so best of luck to each their own!. What we really need is a new 5.7 its way more reliable the the hurricane so far but it does have its design flaws.
