2020 1500 with 61,000 miles jerking

Happens sometimes when you are coming to a slow stop it'll jerk real hard almost like it's going from a high gear and dumping real fast to a lower gear also happens sometimes when you are just driving at lower speed around 45 or so

Do you have eTorque, It may need a software update check with dealer and see if one's available.
