Changing Map lights?

I want to change my map lights, but i'm not sure how to pop them off! Scared to break the lens... The dome light is easy, but i don't want to take any chances with the map lights... And i can't find any videos on the 2012 rams 1500....

Thank you JJ! I've had led lights sitting in my truck for over a week. I m also having some issues with the dome light in the back... any pointers?

Yeah, you gotta be careful with the front ones, I broke one of mine taking it out to replace a bulb

Im in process of changing mine. THey are 194 bulb and I am getting these High Power SMD WLED-xHP15-T (194 type) 360 degree Wedge Base bulbs Specifications

I already changed out the license plate bulbs and upper glove box with those.

i'm wanting to change the map lights to leds as well but too afraid of breaking the lens lol

this is a long shot but can someone please make a video of how to change the map lens?
