I'm wanting to buy a bulletproof hitch for my 3500 and I want to make sure I'm getting to correct drop. I'll be installing a Carli lift here in the near future with 3" in the front and 1" in the rear along with 37's. Will the 4" drop be plenty of will I need more?

It will all depend on the trailer you are pulling.

I would say no, a 4" drop will likely not be enough but as drittal stated, it will all depend on the trailer you're pulling. You can easily measure your hitch height and coupler height (with a level trailer) to determine the difference. Subtract about 1-2" from that for squat (depending on the weight) and that will get you close. I would expect that you'll need closer to an 8-10" drop.
