VARARAM order problem???

Happy New year guys--

Problem--I ordered a VARARAM for my 2016 Sport 5.7l and-

It arrived today, but the instructions say for 2009 thru 2012-

I ordered it from you on 12/28/16 ord #14674-

Happy new year.

Vararam has not revised their instructions in years, so they all say for 2009 to 2012. The 2013+ kits will have a 5.5" tall silicone coupler, and the front wing attachment is flat. If that is what you have in your kit, then you are good to go.

The outside of the box should also be labeled. It should be highlighted for what year and color on the lid.

The coupler is 4.5" long and the wing attachment is angled _the outside label has GREEN over "9-12"

I just pulled up the order, and it looks like you accidentally selected 09-12 when you placed the order because that is what is shown in the order details. I just sent you an email with instructions on how to send the 09-12 hardware back to us so that we can get the correct 2013+ hardware to you.

What a great way to start the new year--

I think I was mesmerized by the order form s--2009 thru 2016 statement--

So I apologize and the 2009 thru 2012 "wing & coupler" is packed and addressed, so I'll take it to the PO tomorrow morning and we'll switch units

When I get the VARARAM for my 2016 5.7l RAM---I'll install it and "TEST"--

I'm very sorry for an avoidable mistake--lets hope everything works out Thanx

OK, I gotit last night--looks like the right coupler/wing and I'll install as soon as I get back to Fernley--

I had to leave for Ca. immediately after receipt--

OK, all fixed--

After several "TWEAKS" she's in and the Ram runs great, a pleasing engine sound /better mileage, haven't done any trips for a factual account, but it shows an increase in normal travel-
