1990 Ram 250 with power chrome rear view mirrors. Driver side mirror housing has a large chunk missing, but mirror works fine. Can I use a right side mirror housing for the left side and put my left side internals in it? It's tough to find these mirrors up here in Alberta, and I'd hoped this might be possible.
