Alignment advice

I'm looking at purchasing a 1988 D150 that has had "every moving component" on the front end replaced. My question is this: should I have a 2 wheel, or 4 wheel alignment done in this case?

on a 2wd truck like these all you need to have aligned is the front end. there is nothing that can be adjusted in the rear end.
