These are rims from a third generation ram, 2007 to be specific (when they did the mid cycle refresh) and they are painted black. I know new trucks seem to be a lot thinner of a sidewall on their stock tires, meaning the rim is bigger, but on an old truck, would it look weird? I have a friend asking this about his. He has a w150 reg cab long bed that is stock height. So do you guys think it would still look like a 4x4, or would it look like a low rider bro truck? He wants to keep it looking like a capable 4x4, not a low profile hot rod truck (or "bro truck").
I know there are no tires in the picture but I'm sure you all know which tires I'm talking about.... just the stock ones that came with these rims on the third gen rams.
Thanks
