As I'm waiting on my new truck to be built and be delivered, I was wondering if anyone knows of any companies making air suspension kits yet for the 2013 3500 trucks?

I am not sure, but if they haven't changed the suspension on the HDs since 2010, which I don't believe they have, a lot of kits out there should work already. It is likely though that a lot of manufacturers just haven't updated their product details yet to include your truck.
I think all the 3rd gen (03-08) HDs through 4th gen (09-current), have similar enough, if not identical components to allow for a lot of the older kits to still work. Patience is a virtue though, especially if you haven't even taken delivery of your truck yet to make sure you will get something that works.
