After 2 months of searching and 40 days of waiting I finally have taken ownership. While searching for a truck, I didn't have many requirements. I didn't get everything that I wanted but the truck came with some modifications already completed.
The truck was purchased originally by a member on here (aimlowrobin). As we know each other in real life, I was able to see the truck at least monthly.. so I knew the true condition.
Of course I had to make some compromises but fortunately from scrolling through the DIY section of the forum here I feel better about it.
Anyway, I ended up with a 2014 Ram 1500 Tradesman/express with the 6 cylinder engine. Robin added some custom exhaust, after market wheels, and he took care of blacking out the emblems.
I have some plans for it in the near future so I will try to keep the post updated!
