Sorry, I have to laugh a little "I'm not going to just show you how to install a grill, because that's been done a thousand times. BUT I'm going to also show you how to buy it on Ebay.." 
I have to agree with the comments on the video, the bolts don't belong. They are too big and being hex heads don't flow with the curve of the grill. Socket caps, even in chrome would have looked way better. I do agree the flares and grill aesthetically don't fit with the wheels and tires so I'll keep looking to see what else you do man.
